At OpTic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
